Requirements

• Strong litigation experience in a law firm setting
• Bilingual skills (Spanish & English) required for Perth Amboy role
• Ability to handle complex, high-value cases (Hackensack role will focus on a $50M case)
• Exceptional organizational, research, and writing skills
• Proficiency in legal software and e-filing systems
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in all phases of litigation, from investigation to trial
• Draft and file legal documents, pleadings, and discovery responses
• Manage large volumes of case materials and organize case files efficiently
• Conduct legal research and summarize findings
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts in both English and Spanish (Perth Amboy role)
• Handle case strategy coordination, trial preparation, and document review
