About The Position
HERS Advisors has partnered with a national litigation law firm who is looking for a Litigation Paralegal to work remote (must reside in Los Angeles or Orange County, California). The Litigation Paralegal will work with attorneys in managing all cases by monitoring the citations on the court websites, liaise with the court, update spreadsheets, and draft pleadings, discovery and motion documents, and assist the attorneys to prepare for pretrial hearings as well as trial.
Requirements
- Paralegal certificate from an ABA approved program or an affidavit re: work experience sufficient to comply with California Business and Professions Code Sections 6450-6456
- 8+ years experience as a litigation paralegal
- Trial preparation experience
- eDiscovery databases such as Eclipse/IPro, Relativity, etc. are REQUIRED
