About The Position

As a Litigation Paralegal at MLG Attorneys at Law, you will be an integral part of our dynamic legal team, contributing significantly to our mission of litigating vehicle defect cases against manufacturers. This role is designed for a detail-oriented individual who possesses a strong flair for legal research and exceptional organizational skills. You will be responsible for building compelling cases and ensuring that no detail is overlooked, which is crucial in our fast-paced environment. Your expertise will drive our litigation efforts, helping us achieve outstanding results for our clients. In this position, you will assist in summarizing case details and preparing comprehensive reports for attorneys. You will conduct thorough legal research, investigate facts, and aid in developing legal arguments and motions. Drafting essential legal documents, including meet and confer letters, motions to compel, and discovery responses, will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will prepare and file legal documents with courts, ensuring all submissions are accurate and timely. Organizing and archiving case documents, maintaining detailed records, and compiling case “care packages” will be essential tasks that you will manage. We are looking for someone who can track changes in the legal framework and prepare privilege logs as needed. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and staff. You will report directly to the Senior Trial Attorney and will be expected to work full-time, Monday through Friday, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed. The position is based in a beautiful office environment at the Segerstrom Performing Arts Center, across from South Coast Plaza.
