About The Position
MLG Attorneys at Law is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. This position is crucial in supporting our litigation efforts, particularly in the automotive industry, where we have established a national reputation for excellence in vehicle defect litigation. As a Litigation Paralegal, you will play a pivotal role in building compelling cases and ensuring that no detail is overlooked. Your expertise will drive our litigation efforts and help us achieve outstanding results for our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that are essential to the success of our legal team. You will assist in summarizing case details and preparing comprehensive reports for attorneys, conduct thorough legal research and analysis, and aid in developing legal arguments and motions. Additionally, you will draft essential legal documents, including meet and confer letters, motions to compel, and discovery responses. You will also prepare and file legal documents with courts, ensuring all submissions are accurate and timely. Document management will be a key part of your responsibilities, as you will organize and archive case documents, maintain detailed records, and compile case “care packages.” We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy. The ideal candidate will possess strong investigative skills, exceptional communication abilities, and outstanding organizational and time management skills.
