A respected Buffalo law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal/Legal Assistant to support a high-profile attorney, widely recognized for an exceptional reputation in Construction Litigation. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with a seasoned leader in the field on complex, high-impact cases. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to independently manage tasks such as: Drafting pleadings, motions, and orders Electronically filing pleadings Preparing responses to discovery demands Client communication Trial preparation Qualified candidates will be able to handle a heavy case load with multiple tasks involved, while ensuring the case moves forward and deadlines are met.
