About The Position
The award-winning Wilhite Law firm is seeking an onsite, Litigation Paralegal. This role will assist the litigation attorney(s) by providing clerical and research support services including document preparation and review; interviewing clients and witnesses; research, investigations, and fact checking; and trial preparation. Draft legal documents such as affidavits, prepare briefs, conduct legal research for trial preparation, and keep case files and other important information neatly organized and easily accessible.
