Processing of legal subpoena documents. Responsible for fulfilling account document requests after reading and interpreting subpoena demands. Negotiating deliverables and due dates required. This includes Federal, State, Civil, Criminal Subpoenas. Ownership for caseload and managing due dates for that caseload. Searching for customer accounts on bank computer systems. Maintain Productivity and Quality standards to ensure maximum accuracy and efficiency of operations. Communication with banking centers, internal/external attorneys, Federal Agents, Customers, State local agencies and out of state agencies is required. Duties include phone support, maintaining case files on internal tracking system, and searching customer bank accounts.
