About The Position

The Litigation Manager serves as the central point of contact for all litigation matters (other than third-party product liability property damage claims and employment), including matter intake, outside counsel assignment and coordination, deadline management, discovery responses, litigation holds, and reporting. The role also assumes oversight of asbestos litigation, including coordination of national counsel and e-billing, and partners with the Senior Claims Manager on litigated product claims as needed.
