About The Position

We are assisting a national construction law firm who seeks a litigation paralegal for their Dallas office. The role will involve commercial litigation and transaction support, and research and drafting tasks as required. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently in a fast-paced office environment and must have strong organizational and communication skills.

Requirements

• Certification or Associates degree in Paralegal Studies
• Minimum of five years in a litigation paralegal role
• Excellent communication & organizational skills
• Working knowledge of legal database software
• Excellent time management skills
• Proactive

Responsibilities

• Support commercial litigation and transaction tasks
• Conduct research and drafting as required
