We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Litigation Legal Assistant to join our dynamic litigation team. Requirements

1–2 years of experience in a litigation legal assistant role (personal injury experience preferred)
Familiarity with California court rules and procedures
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software

Nice To Haves

Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus

Responsibilities

Provide direct administrative support to litigation attorneys and paralegals
Prepare, format, and file legal documents, including pleadings, discovery, and motions
Manage attorney calendars, schedule depositions, hearings, and court appearances
Coordinate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel
Assist with trial preparation, including document organization and exhibit preparation
Maintain case files and ensure all documentation is up to date and properly stored
Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks and filings
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence related to litigation matters
