We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Litigation Legal Assistant to join our dynamic litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to work in a fast-paced legal environment and support high-stakes personal injury litigation cases.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in a litigation legal assistant role (personal injury experience preferred)
  • Familiarity with California court rules and procedures
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct administrative support to litigation attorneys and paralegals
  • Prepare, format, and file legal documents, including pleadings, discovery, and motions
  • Manage attorney calendars, schedule depositions, hearings, and court appearances
  • Coordinate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel
  • Assist with trial preparation, including document organization and exhibit preparation
  • Maintain case files and ensure all documentation is up to date and properly stored
  • Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks and filings
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence related to litigation matters
