Requirements
- Solid understanding of the Florida Rules of Civil Procedure.
- 3–4 years of foreclosure litigation experience preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially formatting in Word.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage a caseload with minimal supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A collaborative team player with a positive, solutions‑oriented mindset.
Responsibilities
- Manage attorney calendars, including hearings, depositions, meetings, and all court‑related deadlines.
- Draft legal documents: motions, affidavits, notices, correspondence, and more for attorney review.
- Assist with discovery, including drafting responses and organizing document production.
- Prepare and organize trial materials, exhibits, and trial binders.
- Set up physical and electronic files for hearings, mediations, and depositions.
- Communicate regularly with clients, judicial assistants, clerks, and opposing counsel.
- Maintain accurate case information within our case management system.
- Conduct court research and monitor docket activity.
- Provide general administrative and litigation support to attorneys as needed.
