About The Position
The Litigation Docketing Specialist will be a member of the Litigation Docketing Department and works under the supervision of the Litigation Docketing Manager. The Specialist will work closely with attorneys and legal staff to provide thorough and accurate litigation calendaring services for all federal, state, and agency matters. Responsibilities include reviewing court documents, legal correspondence, and case team requests and entering deadlines into the firm's rules-based calendaring software, CompuLaw Vision. The Specialist will follow all firm docketing procedures, best practices, and workflows. The Specialist will assist in the department's mission of delivering best in class service to clients and mitigating risk to the firm.
