About The Position
Develop and direct legal strategy for litigated claim files, including recognition of legal defenses and legal strategies. Assist the Vice President of Litigation with file reviews for case evaluation and recommendations for further handling. Hybrid/Remote - must live within 60 miles of HCI Headquarters in Tampa, FL.
