About the Role: We are seeking a Litigation counsel to join the Legal Employment & Litigation team to meet the expanding needs of our company and our customers. In this role, you’ll advise and counsel on a range of litigation, including commercial and consumer disputes, and investigate and respond to regulatory investigations, and third-party audit and information requests. Requirements

• JD degree and a member of a State bar/active license to practice law.
• 5+ years of combined legal experience in handling litigation, investigations, and enforcement matters, with experience working in an in-house legal department at a technology company.
• Experience interacting with Federal and State regulatory agencies

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and counsel on a wide range of pre-litigation, litigation and regulatory disputes, including commercial, consumer, and IP disputes and regulatory investigations and enforcement actions
• Respond to regulatory agency audits, investigations, and demands for information
• Partner with internal teams to conduct-fact finding and draft responses to demand letters and other third-party requests for information
• Manage and oversee outside counsel in litigation matters, effectively managing costs
• Proactively identify, analyze, and mitigate legal risks
