Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in litigation support, project management, or a related field.
  • High school diploma.
  • Litigation support experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Managing focus groups and mock trial coordination, ensuring smooth operations both online and in-person.
  • Communicating with clients to address logistics, project scope, and updates on trial research.
  • Assisting in drafting proposals, engagement letters, and project documentation for client approval.
  • Coordinating project schedules, staffing needs, and research logistics using tools like Monday.com.
  • Conducting pre-research analysis, including document review, creating research schedules, and developing questionnaires.
  • Moderating or taking notes during research sessions and providing valuable feedback to clients.
  • Analyzing post-research data, including data cleaning, reporting frequencies, and providing insights for case strategies.
  • Assisting with jury selections, social media research, and preparing juror questionnaires.
  • Coordinating logistics for arbitrations and conducting post-trial juror interviews.
  • Managing shadow jury activities and providing ongoing support during trial preparations.
