About The Position
The Litigation and Compliance Analyst at Toyota Industries Commercial Finance (TICF) will support the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer in managing various litigation and compliance matters. This role involves overseeing replevin actions, providing general litigation support, and administering corporate policies and procedures. The analyst will collaborate with different departments to ensure compliance and assist with the management of outside counsel, preparing legal documents, and responding to subpoenas.
