Litigation Attorney

We are seeking an experienced Construction Litigation Attorney to join our team at ttg Talent Solutions, Inc. This full-time position is based in Fort Myers, FL, and offers a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $160,000 per year, depending on experience. The primary emphasis of this role will be to conduct extensive document review and legal research, draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and prepare memoranda in large multi-party construction defect cases in Florida and other jurisdictions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction law and litigation, with a focus on delivering high-quality legal services to our clients. As a Construction Litigation Attorney, you will be responsible for analyzing legal and factual issues in construction defect cases, representing clients in Florida and other jurisdictions, and staying up-to-date with changes in construction litigation laws and regulations. This role requires excellent attention to detail, superior research and writing skills, and the ability to manage voluminous documents effectively. You will work closely with other legal professionals and clients to ensure that all aspects of the litigation process are handled efficiently and effectively.
