Our office is growing and looking for an experienced Litigation Attorney to join the firm's business litigation department. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, motivated, and capable of independently managing a caseload. This role will involve a variety of responsibilities including pretrial practice, drafting pre-suit correspondence, drafting discovery requests and responses, and drafting procedural and substantive motions and pleadings. We are seeking someone with a minimum of three to five (3-5) years of litigation experience, particularly in substantive pretrial practice, as well as experience in drafting discovery requests and responses, and both evidentiary and non-evidentiary motions and pleadings. The compensation package includes a competitive salary in the range of $100,000 to $150,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, we offer a lucrative bonus plan, matching 401(k), major medical health plan with United Health Care, and a generous paid time off/vacation package.
