About The Position
Seeking a sharp and motivated Litigation Attorney to join a high-performing legal team handling complex civil and commercial matters from start to finish. Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
- 3–5+ years of litigation experience
- Active Kentucky Bar License in good standing
- Exceptional research, analytical, and writing skills
- Proven ability to manage cases independently while working collaboratively in a team setting
- Strong communication and client service mindset
Nice To Haves
- Judicial clerkship experience highly desirable but not required
Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of litigation, from initial pleadings through resolution
- Draft and argue substantive motions, pleadings, and briefs
- Conduct and respond to written discovery and depositions with limited supervision
- Collaborate with partners and clients to build case strategy and achieve objectives
- Provide creative, practical solutions aligned with client goals
- Participate in hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations as assigned
