Requirements

Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
3–5+ years of litigation experience
Active Kentucky Bar License in good standing
Exceptional research, analytical, and writing skills
Proven ability to manage cases independently while working collaboratively in a team setting
Strong communication and client service mindset

Nice To Haves

Judicial clerkship experience highly desirable but not required

Responsibilities

Manage all phases of litigation, from initial pleadings through resolution
Draft and argue substantive motions, pleadings, and briefs
Conduct and respond to written discovery and depositions with limited supervision
Collaborate with partners and clients to build case strategy and achieve objectives
Provide creative, practical solutions aligned with client goals
Participate in hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations as assigned
