We are seeking a Litigation Attorney to join our growing Personal Injury division. This is an opportunity for an attorney who wants to handle meaningful cases and grow within a high-performing firm. About the Role This position involves managing a litigation caseload from filing through resolution, including trial preparation.

Requirements

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Active license and good standing with the Nevada State Bar
Proven experience handling litigation matters independently

Responsibilities

Manage litigation cases from inception through trial or settlement
Represent clients in state and federal court, arbitration, and administrative hearings
Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents
Conduct depositions, discovery, and case strategy development
Negotiate settlements and participate in mediation
Collaborate with internal teams on case progression and trial preparation
Maintain consistent client communication and strategic case management
