About The Position

Foley Mansfield is a national law firm with more than 110 attorneys in offices from coast to coast. We provide legal expertise, creative solutions and extensive trial experience for large corporations, small businesses, and individuals. We have an opportunity for a Litigation Attorney to join our Minneapolis commercial litigation team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of civil litigation experience, along with strong verbal and written communication skills. Prior experience in employment, general liability, professional liability, and/or commercial litigation is preferred. The candidate must be a self-starter, possess the ability to multi-task, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Working with others in a team-oriented environment is essential. Minnesota admission required. This position is primarily remote but must be available to appear in person as needed for cases. Why should you work for Foley Mansfield?
