About The Position

We are seeking a motivated Litigation Attorney with 1-2 years of experience to join our Transportation and General Liability practice. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to work alongside highly accomplished attorneys on general liability (auto, premises liability, construction defect) and complex liability matters, including motion practice, court appearances, depositions, and trial preparation. Requirements

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Active membership in the California State Bar.
1-2 years of experience in personal injury or relevant legal experience.
Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Manage and represent clients in litigation cases, from pre-trial to post-trial.
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents.
Participate in depositions, mediations, and arbitrations.
Collaborate closely with senior attorneys to prepare for trials.
Provide clients with clear, strategic advice on general liability related matters.
