About The Position

We are seeking an ambitious and dedicated Litigation Attorney to join a plaintiff-side law practice. This role is ideal for a skilled litigator with 5–6 years of experience who can independently manage cases while collaborating closely with partners and fellow attorneys.
The position offers meaningful courtroom exposure, direct client engagement, and the opportunity to develop litigation strategies in a fast-paced and results-driven legal environment.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• 5–6 years of litigation experience, preferably in a plaintiff-side practice
• Strong academic credentials and litigation background
• Ability to independently manage cases from beginning to end
• Comfortable handling court appearances, hearings, and depositions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a full caseload from inception through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation-related documents
• Handle court appearances, hearings, mediations, and depositions
• Collaborate with partners and attorneys on complex legal matters
• Lead client communications and provide consistent case updates
• Develop and execute litigation strategies
• Advocate effectively on behalf of clients throughout the legal process
