About The Position

Lewis Brisbois, a full-service Am Law 100 firm, is actively seeking a litigation associate attorney to join its Wilmington, DE office. The ideal candidate will have at least three (3) to seven (7) years of corporate and complex commercial litigation experience, primarily focusing on Delaware Court of Chancery matters. The candidate should have demonstrated experience in all aspects of litigation, with a focus on corporate governance disputes, business torts, and contractual claims. They will manage all phases of litigation, including drafting and reviewing pleadings, legal research and analysis, motion practice, and oral advocacy. The candidate must have superior writing skills, strong analytical and research abilities, and excellent communication skills. Admission to the Delaware Bar is required. Requirements

  • At least three (3) to seven (7) years of corporate and complex commercial litigation experience, primarily focusing on Delaware Court of Chancery matters.
