About The Position

We are a civil litigation and business/transactional firm servicing 6 states
from California to Texas. The Firm assists its clients in navigating through all
phases of the risk management process, from the earliest stages of risk
assessment through the successful resolution of a dispute.

Work fully remote.

We don't have an office in Arizona (yet), but we have work coming in through
Arizona and we need an experienced Litigation Attorney that lives and is
licensed in Arizona to work our AZ cases. The work is fully remote, just need to
be in AZ for occasional court appearances.

Our firm is primarily defense and specializes in Construction Defect, Real
Estate, Civil and Commercial Litigation.
We are seeking a Litigation attorney well-versed in at least one of these areas:

· Construction Defect
· Real Estate
· Business Litigation, Civil Litigation
· Employment Defense
· Medical Malpractice
· General liability

Requirements

• AZ bar
• Recent litigation experience
