About The Position

This role offers the unique opportunity to focus exclusively on defending automobile manufacturers, distributors, and dealers in warranty-related litigation. While direct warranty experience is not required, candidates must possess a strong foundation in trial and arbitration preparation, including motion practice, depositions, and mediations. You will leverage your advocacy, legal research, writing, and negotiation skills to deliver high-quality work within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Requirements

• Mid- to senior-level Attorney with a minimum of five years of experience.
• Must be licensed and in good standing with the California Bar.
• Significant experience in trial and arbitration preparation, including motion practice, depositions, and mediations.
• Strong advocacy, legal research, writing, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
