About The Position

CarterWill Search is seeking a Litigation Associate to join a Florida-based civil litigation practice in Tampa. This is an excellent opportunity to work on general liability and complex civil litigation matters, including insurance, premises liability, product liability, and arbitration. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of litigation experience, managing cases from inception through trial under the guidance of supervising partners. This role provides meaningful client exposure and professional development within a collaborative, mentorship-driven environment.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of civil litigation experience, preferably in general liability, casualty, premises liability, product liability, or complex litigation
• JD from an ABA-accredited law school
• Strong research, drafting, and analytical skills
• Demonstrated attention to detail, initiative, and work ethic
• Ability to manage multiple matters efficiently and work collaboratively with colleagues
• Active Florida Bar admission
