A Day in the Life of an Associate Attorney As a civil litigation Associate Attorney at Morrison Mahoney LLP, your role will be both dynamic and rewarding. You will independently manage your own caseload from inception to conclusion, drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery requests while meticulously adhering to deadlines. Your day will include preparing for and attending depositions, hearings, and trials, providing you with invaluable courtroom experience. Collaboration is essential; you'll engage closely with clients, experts, and fellow attorneys to devise effective litigation strategies. Regular communication will keep clients informed with status updates and written reports, all while conducting comprehensive legal research and writing memoranda to bolster case strategies.
