The New York City offices of Kaufman Dolowich LLP are seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney . Key Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be expected to independently handle all aspects of litigation, including: Drafting and responding to written discovery Taking and defending depositions Preparing and arguing motions Participating in court conferences and oral arguments Why KD? Actual compensation will be determined based on market location, as well as the candidate’s experience, skills, and job-related qualifications. Base salary represents just one component of the comprehensive Total Rewards package offered by Kaufman Dolowich, which also includes a discretionary and billable hours-based bonus program and a robust benefits offering for full-time employees. Requirements
