Requirements

Applicants should have 3-5 years of litigation experience, with judicial clerkship experience a plus.
The ideal candidate must have excellent academic credentials and careful, excellent attention to detail and research and writing skills.
Candidates should have experience analyzing, researching, and drafting briefs addressing sophisticated legal issues on complex litigation, ranging from state and federal court motions to dismiss, summary judgment and class certification motions, writs and appeals.
Candidates must be in good standing with the Minnesota Bar or be admitted as soon as practicable.
