As a valued member of our team, you will draw on your prior experience in defending New York litigation cases from inception through trial and appeal.

Requirements

• At least 2 years’ insurance defense/tort experience defending NYLL/construction (personal injury and defect), premises liability, trucking/auto/rideshare, dram shop, and other types of first and third-party personal and commercial lines matters
• Admission to both NY State and Federal Courts
• Trial experience and ability to manage a caseload independently
• Proficiency in NY e-filing
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Proficiency in time/billing software
• Proficiency in discovery management software tools
