About The Position

CarterWill Search is seeking a Litigation Associate to join a Florida-based civil litigation practice in Tallahassee. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney interested in education law and labor & employment matters, with exposure to a broad range of civil litigation cases. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of litigation experience and be comfortable managing matters through all phases of litigation, including depositions, hearings, mediations, motion practice, and negotiations. Associates will also have the opportunity to contribute to case strategy and client management in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. This role offers mentorship, meaningful responsibility, and the chance to work on diverse and impactful cases.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of litigation experience, preferably with an interest in education law.
• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Strong academic credentials, legal research, and writing skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple matters efficiently.
• Demonstrated initiative, professionalism, and work ethic.
• Active Florida Bar admission.
