Requirements

• 4th - 6th year associate level experience.
• Admitted to the Texas Bar.
• Strong academic background.
• Solid writing skills.
• Experience in case management.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a high degree of maturity.
• Willingness to learn and accept significant responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, research and draft briefs addressing sophisticated legal issues on complex litigation.
• Handle state and federal court motions to dismiss, summary judgment and class certification motions, writs and appeals.
• Participate in trial preparation and court appearances.
• Manage cases effectively and strategically.
• Argue motions and take and defend depositions.
