Requirements

• JD or foreign equivalent from accredited law school.
• Active member of the Florida Bar.
• 5+ years of litigation experience.

• Trial experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day case development including depositions and client engagement.
• Collaborate with technical experts and manage critical discovery tasks.
• Draft and argue motions.
• Support partners on strategic litigation planning.
• Prepare for and execute trials.
