About The Position

Finnegan's Electrical and Computer Technology litigation and Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) teams continue to grow and are seeking mid-level to senior litigation associates with experience in computer hardware and software in our Washington, DC Office. Successful candidates must have 4-6 years of solid experience in patent litigation and inter partes review (IPR) proceedings before the PTAB. Must have at least 4 years solid litigation experience. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related degree required. Exceptional writing skills are a must. USPTO registration number preferred.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of solid experience in patent litigation
