Requirements

  • JD from an Accredited law school
  • Admitted to practice in the State of Wisconsin or qualified for reciprocal admission
  • 2+ years of defense litigation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to integrate into a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience handling general liability, construction, transportation, and other civil litigation matters preferred
  • Client-facing experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assist with discovery requests and responses
  • Draft pretrial motions
  • Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations
  • Work closely and collaborate with other attorneys and partners
  • Efficiently conduct legal research
  • Assist in preparation of cases for trial
