Requirements

• 1 to 4 years of litigation experience (JD class years 2019–2022)
• Strong academic credentials and solid legal writing and research skills
• Commitment to client service and a collaborative work ethic
• Membership in the Virginia Bar (or willingness to obtain it within one year of hire)

Nice To Haves

• Judicial clerkship experience preferred (bonuses and seniority credit may apply)

Responsibilities

• Support and lead aspects of litigation matters from strategy through trial
• Conduct legal research, draft motions and briefs, take and defend depositions
• Work closely with senior attorneys and partners on high-impact litigation
• Participate in meaningful pro bono opportunities
• Serve clients with professionalism, clarity, and responsiveness
