About The Position

Join one of Texas' top law firms as a Litigation Associate Attorney. We are seeking motivated attorneys to manage a docket of personal injury cases including motor vehicle accidents and premises liability. You will handle pleadings, discovery, depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials, while leading a dedicated support team.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active Texas State Bar license.
• Experience in personal injury law is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with trial preparation and courtroom procedures.
• Familiarity with legal research tools and case management software.
