About The Position
The Litigation Analyst provides risk leadership, expertise, and service to support the management of the overall operation, tactics and strategy of clinical risk management and patient safety. This position has the responsibility to coordinate the review of reported risk events. Assists in ongoing analysis, development and implementation of methods and systems to improve overall safety, efficiency and effectiveness of clinical risk and patient safety management services and functions. The analyst will bring a solid background in healthcare law, medical malpractice, or healthcare risk management, and will play a vital role in supporting efforts to mitigate legal risk while promoting patient safety and regulatory compliance.
