Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 2 years of experience working with lithography tooling.
  • Experience with constructive problem solving and design of experiments.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5 years of experience with 193nm and i-line clean tracks (Pro-Z or Pro-AP).
  • Experience with thick resists and FBEOL processing.
  • Industry experience with semiconductor research and development.
  • Technical writing skills.
  • Lithography tooling installation experience.

Responsibilities

  • Understand the fundamental principles and materials and tooling in photolithography through a combination of relevant education and work experience.
  • Maintain and qualify state of the art lithography process equipment.
  • Develop processes and materials from an early concept stage into a mature element that enables a leading-edge technology.
  • Focus on 193nm and i-line lithography tooling (tracks) and target chiplet and packaging technology research and development.
  • Interact with cross-functional and multi-company working teams that include engineers engaged in all areas of semiconductor including process development, process integration, metrology, operations, and equipment engineering.
  • Possess strong analytical and design-of-experiment knowledge.
  • Demonstrate written and verbal communication skills in English.
