Photronics, Inc., is looking for a Lithography Engineer to join our world class reticle manufacturing team in Boise, Idaho. The successful candidate will possess a solid understanding of the photomask and/or semiconductor manufacturing process, be comfortable working in a cleanroom environment and ideally have previous reticle and/or wafer lithography experience. Must be able to execute in a complex, high performance photomask manufacturing environment to enhance cycle time, improve yield, and manage costs while striving for continuous improvement. The Lithography Engineer should be able to demonstrate the following: Ability to interface with and effectively communicate across multiple teams Statistical Process Control (SPC) experience: collecting data, interpreting control charts, defining OCAP, and setting control limits Usage of quality-related tools and concepts such as 8D, FMEA, fishbone, 5-why, etc. Experience with working on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Ability to solve issues through root cause analysis methods. Using quality-related tools and concepts such as 8D, FMEA, fishbone, 5-why etc. Ability to exercise judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Experience in at least one of the following programming languages: Python, Java, C++ or C, Matlab, Perl Experience in mask or wafer lithography, metrology, or OPC design Experience in leading and/or working in high technical function groups to resolve process, lithography, or pattern design issues
