About The Position

Grow Your Craft in Offset Printing Step into a fast-paced, quality-driven shop in Minneapolis, MN 55428. As a Lithographic Press Assistant, you’ll help power our 6–7 color, 40-inch KBA 105/106 sheetfed presses and keep work flowing smoothly. This is a second-shift role on a 4x10 schedule: Monday–Thursday, 2:00 p.m.–12:00 a.m.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; printing tech coursework is beneficial.
• Experience as a Litho Press Feeder/Assistant or similar pressroom position.
• Working knowledge of offset press mechanics and processes.
• Meticulous, quality-first mindset with strong troubleshooting ability.
• Collaborative spirit and the ability to work independently when needed.
• Clear, professional communication and a positive attitude.
• Availability for overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the press operator on set-ups, operation, and continuous run support for sheetfed offset jobs.
• Verify color, registration, and overall consistency; assist with ink and dampening adjustments to hit spec.
• Support maintenance routines and help troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with production teammates to meet throughput targets and customer deadlines.
• Keep the press area orderly and compliant with safety standards.
• Follow all site safety protocols and company procedures.
