About The Position
The work involves responsibility for coordinating, organizing, and directing the Onondaga County Public Library's literacy program. An employee in this position works in concert with community groups, outside literacy programs, and other county agencies to promote and expand literacy programming. The Literacy Coordinator reports to an administrative supervisor who allows independence in the performance of job responsibilities. An employee in this position may oversee the work of part-time staff assigned to the program. Does related work as required.
