About The Position
The Literacy Coach position at Concord Community Schools is designed to support Kindergarten through 2nd grade literacy instruction. The role involves lesson-modeling, observation and feedback, co-teaching, mentoring, and facilitating academic reflection with K-2 grade teachers. The Literacy Coach will collaborate with educators and administrators to enhance instructional planning and expand the use of various resources to provide high-quality Science of Reading opportunities. This position is crucial for ensuring that student achievement data is collected and utilized to inform instructional decisions at both the school and classroom levels.
