About The Position
The Literacy Coach and Partnership Development role at ThinkCERCA is a part-time, contract position focused on enhancing literacy instruction for students in grades 3-12. The successful candidate will work closely with educators and school leaders to implement personalized literacy plans, drive partner engagement, and ensure effective use of the ThinkCERCA platform. This position requires a strong background in education, particularly in English Language Arts (ELA), and a passion for improving literacy outcomes in the Chicago area.
