About The Position

The Personal Touch Car Wash Associate position at PT Car Wash Litchfield involves greeting customers, directing them into the tunnel conveyor, and delivering excellent service. Associates will manage customer accounts, operate cash registers, and maintain a clean workplace. The role requires attendance at team meetings and assisting the detail department as needed. This position offers the potential to earn commissions based on selling memberships and requires availability for open and/or closing shifts.

Requirements

• Must be 18 or older.
• Team player.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they drive up to payment station and tunnels.
• Direct and instruct drivers into the tunnel conveyor.
• Deliver excellent service to all customers; positive interactions including answering questions.
• Manage customer's accounts; updating credit card information as needed, upselling, etc.
• Operate cash register and process payments inside for those customers who don't drive up.
• Maintain a clean and organized workplace around the facility.
• Empty trash cans around Vacuum site and facility.
• Maintain clean restrooms.
• Attend team meetings.
• Assist detail department as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by the Manager.
