We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented Listing Concierge to join our team! This client-focused position is ideal for someone who enjoys being the go-to support for a busy real estate office. Answer incoming calls and respond to consumer inquiries promptly and professionally Make outbound follow-up calls (no cold calling) to leads or inquiries received through various platforms Provide day-to-day support to real estate agents and sales managers Schedule appointments for Realtors and maintain organized calendars Communicate scheduling changes quickly and efficiently to all relevant parties Assist with general administrative duties and maintain a smooth flow of communication in the office
