Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries and purchases.
• Handle cash transactions, including processing payments and providing change accurately.
• Maintain an organized and well-stocked sales floor by restocking shelves and managing inventory levels.
• Utilize basic math skills for cash handling and retail math tasks related to inventory management.
• Provide exceptional phone etiquette when answering customer calls or inquiries.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a grocery store or retail environment is preferred.
• Strong cash handling skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
• Basic math proficiency to perform retail math calculations effectively.
• Experience with lottery machine.
• Experience with product demos or sales techniques is a plus.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
