About The Position

Uncle Ike's Liquor Shop is looking for a Part-Time Sales Associate to join our squad! If you are an energetic "people-person" looking to be rewarded for your customer service, then this is the job for you. Experience in Liquor Sales isn't a requirement to work here - all you need is a positive attitude and the desire to meet new people while having a great time selling Liquor and other products! Requirements

• Prior retail or bartending experience is a plus
• Must be able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and be flexible (able to go with the flow - where you are needed the most)
• Friendly and professional demeanor
• Strong collaborator when working with a team, but also a self-starter when working alone
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a welcoming attitude and assist them in finding the best products
• Ring up purchases at your register and send customers on their way with a smile
• Present yourself and your station in a pleasing and inviting manner
• Assist with product placement or store presentation for the best possible customer experience
• Assisting with stocking and cleaning
• Educate customers by presenting product and answering questions
• Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following company standards
• Assist with product distribution and displays when asked
• Assist with any inventory needs
• Maintain a professional attitude and appearance throughout shift
• Establish good working relationship with other team members.
• Foster positive communications and relationships with employees and vendors.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Actively participate in meetings as requested.
• Work at least 2-3 days/week, including weekends and holidays
• Other duties as assigned by leadership
